I love that this show and the coaches treat all the contestants so positively and try to encourage them, instead of putting them down. I hope the new coaches follow this formula!

The Blind Auditions Premiere (New)
The blind auditions kick off the Season 4 opener. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton return as coaches. The new additions of Shakira and Usher, who are replacing Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera, should prove interesting this season.
